Kelly Small started working at the Walter O. Rogers Insurance Agency in July 2003. She is the Office Manager and performs customer service for current personal and commercial accounts as well as works with potential new insureds. She takes great pride in caring for each insured to be sure their insurance needs are taken care of. In 2010 She earned her CISR (Customer Insurance Service Representative) designation and in 2017 she earned her CISR-Elite Designation her CISR Elite distinction marks a well-rounded education with a depth of knowledge and broad mastery of people skills. Exceeds all state continuing education requirements and she is the person on whom her clients and co-workers can depend for the most current and relevant insurance knowledge., 2020 she also attained her Life and Health License.
Kacie Matott started working at Walter O. Rogers Insurance Agency in September 2008. In 2011 she earned her Property and Casualty Broker License and continues to complete ongoing continuing education courses. Kacie is our receptionist so her voice/smile is usually the first you hear/see. She performs customer service for current personal lines accounts. Kacie also quotes and writes Homeowner and Personal Auto policies for potential new insureds helping to save them premium dollars and explain the different types of insurance coverage. She takes pride in the level of service she provides to insureds to meet their current and future insurance needs.
Dianne Roebuck is new to our team! She started in April 2021 and obtained her NYS Property and Casualty Broker's license June 2021. A dean's list graduate of SUNY Delhi, Dianne acquired an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Information Technology,. She has extensive experience in customer service and takes great pride in learning new things. Dianne is very excited to see where this new venture will take her.
